"Punkthochhaus und Scheibenhochhaus: generelle Unterschiede
Beim Punkthochhaus ist die Hochhausfläche weitgehend quadratisch, beim Scheibenhochhaus ist sie rechteckig längs. Das Punkthochhaus wird aufgrund seiner Bauweise und der damit verbundenen Optik auch als Turmhochhaus bezeichnet. Scheibenhochhäuser sind auffallend lang, hoch gebaut und wirken dadurch schmal bis schlank."
